Oops! What do we do now? The U.S. Constitution dictates that any person who would become President must be a native born citizen. If we ignore the constitutional mandate then we would be saying that it does not matter, reducing the Constitution to just another piece of paper. Have we been the victims of lying and half-truths? Hawaiian officials still claim that Obama was born there but no “certified” copy of birth has been released. The copy circulating on the Internet is neither official nor original. This whole business sounds like the ravings of conspiracy nuts! But, somebody is NOT telling the truth. Obama’s paternal grandmother, as well as his half-brother and half-sister, all insist that Obama was born in Kenya. They would have no reason for fraud and yet the DNC and American officials would have every reason to keep this business under wraps. The dear old woman said that she even assisted in the delivery! If anyone would remember, it would likely be his family. Could it be that Obama, himself, did not know until it was too late? Where do we go from here? If action is taken after the inauguration then Biden becomes president. If action is taken today, then one of two things happens. If four Supreme Court justices deem Obama as ineligible, then Senator McCain probably wins by default. However, I doubt he would touch the high office this way. The courts might throw the election out and order a new one. President Bush would be asked to remain in office for an additional six months and a new election could be held in June or July 2009. If that should be the case, at least the counting would be a lot easier. A whole segment of the population would truly feel disenfranchised and tell the U.S. system to go to hell. There would also be a lot less people to vote, given the deaths from riots and arson in cities like Washington and Chicago and the secession of New York and California from the Union.
When Obama’s grandmother bragged to friends and reporters that she was in the delivery room, listeners from the United States were aghast! She must be senile, some thought, but apparently not.
Apparently this is what happened:
Obama’s family did not take to Ann Dunham Obama (his mother) very well, because she was white, according to Sarah Obama. Shortly after she arrived in Kenya, she decided to return to Hawaii because she did not like how Muslim men treated their wives in Kenya. However, because she was near delivery term the airline would not let her fly until after the birth of her baby. Obama’s grandmother said the baby—Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.—was born in Kenya and that shortly after he was born, his mother rushed him back to Hawaii.
Immediately after she got home, his birth was REGISTERED on or about August 8, 1961, in the Hawaiian public records office. Evidently some have tried to cover up these facts with listing the hospital of his birth. However, two hospitals in Hawaii have been given, the Kapiolani Medical Center and the Queen’s Medical Center. Now it appears that neither was correct and that he was born in Kenya, coming to an American hospital later only for a checkup. At least one case of a researcher trying to get records about Obama’s birth in Kenya was arrested at the airport and deported. This whole business is shaping up like a bad movie. But alas, sometimes truth is stranger than fiction!

Actually lawyers gave up trying to prove that Obama was born in Kenya, even though the records were unclear in regard to Hawaii.
This particular matter dealt with a peculiar point of law. Given that his father was a citizen of Kenya, their laws conflicted with U.S. law. At that time Kenya was still under British control and so from their perspective, the son of one of their people would have British citizenship. This dual or conflicting citizenship made Obama’s stance as a native born American citizen somewhat more problematic.
All this is apart from the Indonesian Muslim school incident where Obama was educated for a time. Only native Muslims were allowed to attend and there was also some question as to whether his citizenship was denounced so that he could attend. Thus his citizenship status was initially assaulted on three levels:
1. Born in Kenya and not Hawaii;
2. Conflicting or dual citizenship (UK); and
3. Possible denounced citizenship.
Maybe it is just as well, think of all the fun I will have with an Obama presidency! By the way, take a peek at the Illinois lottery (Obama’s home state) the day after the election:

Actually, Devil, there’s no issue here. The United States simply does not acknowledge any form of dual citizenship.
In the 1880s, Chester Arthur was sworn in as the 21st President after the assassination of James Garfield. Arthur’s father was a British subject, and additionally, Arthur might actually have been born in Canada (no one could prove whether he’d been born in the US). But it was immaterial. Arthur’s mother was a born citizen of the United States, and therefore the presumption was that he was as well.
As far as the Indonesia claim is concerned, even if it weren’t just made-up stuff, it still wouldn’t matter: it’s close to impossible for a minor to succeed in renouncing his US citizenship, and no one else — not even a parent — can renounce it for him.
In fact, it’s extremely difficult even for an adult to renounce American citizenship. It’s not at all simple. There’s a formal process, and renunciation petitions are likely to be denied.
Of course, being the Devil, you have more knowledge than any human, and you already knew what I just told you. So you’re promoting this nonsense in an effort to make trouble. You want Obama to fail!

(I am not defending any of it, just recounting it.) When the Germanic/Scandinavian model was allowed in 1436 concerning the Africans, then the full horror of the whips and chains and pens and first rights (rape of the women) and beatings and murders and work to death was brought to bear in full force on the Africans. The utilitarian reasoning first decided that a replacement for the Slavics in the European continent needed to be found as the supply of the Slavics was dwindling due to the treatment of them. Secondly, to work the mines and plantations in the New World, people were needed and the Indians in the New World were not sturdy enough or simply ran away. So with the Diabolic excuse that the enemy of God (the Moslems) were being defeated the horror of what the Slavics had been afflicted with was put on the backs of the Africans.
By the way, there are still Indian slaves in the Highlands of Mexico in the mines owned by the hyper rich elite.
I know something about this, ethnically I am Slavic (Slovak to be exact) and even have a last name in the Family tree that means “conquered’ in German. My family was enslaved long before any of Hussein’s (Obama) was. By the way the last Slavic slave (except for the reinvention of it by Hitler against the Slavs) was freed at the same time that the U.S. Constitution was finally ratified.
I think what we are seeing on many fronts is edging very quickly to a reinvention of slavery worldwide. I believe that the Noahide Laws and modern “Israel” will be at the heart of it.

In this. Obama is seen to be the example par excellence of the fulfillment of civil rights, because he is a black man elected President of the U.S. and therefore the descendant of slaves finally come into his own. He is also seen to be multi-religious given his varied background in that respect. In addition he is seen to be cosmopolitan given the different places he lived in while growing up. But it is this exact background that is expressed by him in this way – he has no firm single religious belief and he supports all abortion (which includes the fact of black eugenocide given the larger number of black babies murdered thereby) and he has no ties to any particular place. What I see is no loyalty to Constitutional Law and no respect for Right to Life and no fear of God. This is a sure recipe for a demagogue. Our Lord said:

The book of Deuteronomy is the base of our law, with form adapted from the Roman Republic and filtered through Church Law and English common law. In short, he has no lawful right to the Presidency and he will equally abuse the office for a variety of reasons.
